Environment-friendly light partition board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly light partition board which comprises a keel framework, a first steel plate, a second steel plate, a first heat insulation plate, and a second heat insulation plate. The first steel plate and the second steel plate respectively wrap the outer side of the keel framework; one side of the first steel plate is bent to form a first fixing part; one side of the second steel plate is bent to form a second fixing part; the first fixing part and the second fixing part can be connected and fixed with each other; and the first heat insulation plate and the second heat insulation plate respectively cover the outer sides of the first steel plate and the second steel plate. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly light partition board. The preparation method includes the steps that the cuboid framework with a reinforcing layer is manufactured; the tail end of one side of each steel plate is bent to form the fixing part, and then the two steel plates are fixed to the outer side of the framework; and two heat preservation layers are fixed to the outer sides of the two steel plates correspondingly. According to the environment-friendly light partition board, the non-deformability of the partition board can be greatly improved, the stability and the toughness of the partition board are enhanced, the service life of the partition board is prolonged, and the partition board is environmentally friendly, light, convenient to install and suitable for application and popularization.
