Novel energy-saving plate structure
The invention provides a novel energy-saving plate structure. The novel energy-saving plate structure comprises a plate structure, a polygonal prism, a high-water-absorbing-performance resin filling material and a waterproof breathable film, wherein the plate structure consists of a metal organic framework formed by small unit structural bodies, and the outer side of the framework is covered with a waterproof breathable film or a metal net with a decoration effect; side frames of the polygonal prism are made of thin rods made of aluminum alloy-glass fibers; when the thickness of the plate body is great, two structural forms can be adopted, one structural form is that inclined rods are added between the side frames, and the other structural form is that the aluminum alloy-glass fibers are used to be made into a structural surface, and when the structure is used as a transverse structural plate, the structural bottom is the metal sealing plate, the thin rods in a dense array type are vertically arranged on the plate according to use requirements; the top surfaces of the fine rods are a cushion plate; the cushion plate is a round plate which is greater than twice of the area of the fine rods and smaller than the space of the fine rods; the high-water-absorbing-performance resin filling material is obtained by attaching materials such as diatomite and the like to a substrate filling material and adding performance materials such as a flame retardant, an inorganic antibacterial agent and perfume; and the waterproof breathable film is a film material containing a formaldehyde adsorption functional coating and having high wear resistance, high flexibility stability, high bonding strength and good anti-aging performance.
本发明提供了一种新型节能板结构,包括:板结构,所述板结构由小单元结构体组成的所述金属有机框架构成,框架外侧罩装饰作用的所述防水透气膜或所述金属网;多边形棱柱体,所述多边形棱柱体边框由铝合金‑玻璃纤维的所述细杆制作,当板体厚度较大时,可采用两种结构形式,一种为边框间增加斜杆,另外一种为采用铝合金‑玻璃纤维制作成结构面,当用作横向结构板时,结构底为所述金属封闭板,根据使用需要在板上竖立密列式所述细杆,所述细杆顶面为所述垫板,所述垫板为圆板,大于2倍细杆面积,小于细杆间距;高吸水性树脂填充物,所述高吸水性树脂材料为基材的填充物附着硅藻等材料,并增加阻燃剂、无机抗菌剂、香料等性能材料;防水透气膜,所述防水透气膜采用耐磨和柔韧稳定性较高,粘贴强度、抗老化性较好的含吸附甲醛功能性涂层膜材。
