The invention provides an accurate installation device for horizontal embedded bolts of an equipment foundation. The accurate installation device comprises an equipment concrete bearing platform, an embedded steel plate, an installation support and a fastening structure, wherein the equipment concrete bearing platform is used for installing all parts; the embedded steel plate is used for supporting the equipment concrete foundation and supported on the equipment concrete bearing platform; the installation support is used for supporting the embedded steel plate and supported on the equipment concrete bearing platform; and the fastening structure is used for fastening the embedded steel plate to the installation support, arranged on the installation support and penetrates through the embedded steel plate.
