The invention discloses a tensile shock insulation rubber support. The tensile shock insulation rubber support comprises rolling supports, a pull rod, a shock insulation support core body, an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate; the top of the shock insulation support core body is fixedly connected with the upper connecting plate, and the bottom of the shock insulation support core body is located in a circular base of the lower connecting plate without fixed connection; the rolling supports are located on the end face of the lower connecting plate and evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the lower connecting plate; and the pull rod penetrates through through holes of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate and center holes of the rolling supports and is connected with the upper connecting plate and the rolling supports through nuts. When the tensile shock insulation rubber support is vibrated in the horizontal direction, due to the fact that the diameter of the through hole of the lower connecting plate is far larger than that of the pull rod, and the lower end of the pull rod is connected with the rolling supports on the end face of the lower connecting plate, the pull rod can freely move in the horizontal direction relative to the shock insulation support core body, and the horizontal shock-proof capacity of the tensile shock insulation rubber support is not affected; and when the tensile shock insulation rubber support is subjected to a vertical tensile load, the load is borne by the pull rod, so that the tensile capacity of the shock insulation rubber support is improved.
本发明公开一种抗拉隔震橡胶支座,包括滚动支座、拉杆、隔震支座芯体、上连接板、下连接板。隔震支座芯体顶部与上连接板固定连接,其底部位于下连接板的圆形底座内但无固定连接;滚动支座位于下连接板的端面上,并沿其圆周方向均布;拉杆穿过上、下连接板的通孔及滚动支座的中心孔,并通过螺母与上连接板、滚动支座相连。当抗拉隔震橡胶支座受到水平方向震动时,由于下连接板的通孔直径远大于拉杆的直径,且拉杆下端与下连接板端面上的滚动支座相连,因此拉杆相对于隔震支座芯体在水平方向可自由移动,不影响抗拉隔震橡胶支座水平防震能力;当抗拉隔震橡胶支座受到竖向的拉伸载荷作用时,该载荷由拉杆承受,从而提高了隔震橡胶支座的抗拉能力。
