Unmanned intelligent inspection system and method applied to offshore booster station
The invention provides an unmanned intelligent inspection system and method applied to an offshore booster station. The system comprises an inspection terminal and a supervision center, the inspection terminal comprises a robot body, a monitoring instrument, a power supply system and a communication system, and the monitoring instrument is arranged on the robot body. The monitoring instrument comprises a visible light camera, an infrared thermal imager, a gas detector and a sound pickup; the power supply system supplies power to the robot body, the monitoring instrument and the communication system; the communication system comprises a network bridge device installed on the robot and a wireless working group formed by a plurality of wireless network bridges of a station, and the supervision center is in communication connection with the inspection tour terminal; the robot body is further provided with a laser radar. The system completes the access and storage of the data collected by the inspection terminal, processes the collected data based on an image recognition analysis method, obtains the operation state of each cabin of the booster station, achieves the comprehensive coverage of the key monitoring area and inspection content of the offshore booster station, and reduces the potential loss caused by human factors such as the detection missing and false detection of field personnel.
