The ceramic tile glaze raw material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 58 to 62 parts of kaolin, 16 to 20 parts of calcite, 3 to 5 parts of barium carbonate, 16 to 20 parts of clay, 2 to 4 parts of titanium dioxide powder, 1 to 3 parts of wollastonite, 3 to 6 parts of limestone, 5 to 8 parts of feldspar, 2 to 5 parts of quartz sand, 4 to 5 parts of diopside, 1 to 3 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2 to 4 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate and 5 to 8 parts of borax. According to the characteristics of repeated calcination of titanium dioxide and clay minerals, sodium tripolyphosphate and borax, the glaze surface can effectively have a stable structure, and meanwhile, the glaze surface has good mechanical strength, thermal stability and chemical stability effects; and the characteristics of the raw material type full-polishing glaze raw material are changed by using a calcining mode, so that the antifouling property of the glaze surface of the glazed brick can be improved, and meanwhile, the blank-glaze bonding property can be improved.
本发明属于釉面原料配方及其制备工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种瓷砖釉面原料及其制备方法。一种瓷砖釉面原料:以重量份数计,所述瓷砖釉面原料的组分包括有:高岭土58‑62份、方解石16‑20份、碳酸钡3‑5份、黏土16‑20份、二氧化钛粉末2‑4份、硅灰石1‑3份、石灰石3‑6份、长石5‑8份、石英砂2‑5份、透辉石4‑5份、羧甲基纤维素钠1‑3份、三聚磷酸钠2‑4份、硼砂5‑8份。本发明根据二氧化钛、黏土类矿物的反复煅烧、三聚磷酸钠、硼砂的特质,可以有效的使得所述釉面具有稳定的结构,同时使得釉面具有良好的机械强度、热稳定性和化学稳定的效果;且本发明通过过运用煅烧方式改变生料型全抛釉原料的特性,有利于提高抛釉砖釉面的防污性能,同时还有利于提高坯釉结合性能。
