Preparation method of inorganic polymer composite heat-insulating non-combustible resource recycling material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an inorganic polymer composite heat-insulating non-combustible resource recycling material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, respectively crushing and grinding blast furnace slag or coal residues after combustion in a thermal power plant and cement powder; step 2, putting the polystyrene foam particles into steam pressure, pre-foaming in a pre-foaming machine, and curing for 8-9 hours to obtain pre-foamed polystyrene foam particles; and 3, uniformly mixing the materials prepared in the step 1 and the step 2 with tap water in parts by weight, injecting the materials into a mold, compacting and molding, demolding, and conventionally curing for 15-28 days to obtain the polystyrene foam particle and cement composite heat-insulating non-combustible material. According to the invention, blast furnace slag or coal residue generated after combustion in a thermal power plant, cement, polystyrene foam particles and a water system are used for preparing the novel composite heat-insulating non-combustible material.
本发明公开了一种无机高分子复合保温不燃资源循环利用材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:将高炉矿渣或者火电厂燃烧后的煤残渣和水泥粉分别经粉碎研磨处理;步骤2:将聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒放入蒸汽压、在预发机内进行预发泡,经过8‑9h熟化得到预发泡的聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒;步骤3:将步骤1和步骤2中制备的物料与自来水按照重量份混合均匀,将物料注入模具中,压坯成型,脱模后常规养护15‑28天,即得的聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒与水泥复合保温不燃材料。本发明运用高炉矿渣或者火电厂燃烧后的煤残渣、水泥、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒和水体系,制备新型复合保温不燃材料。
