Multifunctional UHPC and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a multifunctional UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) and a preparation method thereof. The multifunctional UHPC comprises 100 parts of cement, 8-25 parts of silica fume, 0-15 parts of fly ash, 80-120 parts of sand, 5-30 parts of quartz powder, 2-6 parts of fibers, 1-8 parts of a high-performance water reducing agent, 7-12 parts of an expanding agent, 0-1.5 parts of SAP super absorbent resin, 0-10 parts of an automobile exhaust absorbing material and 0-24 parts of an internally doped snow melting agent; and the water-binder ratio is 0.15-0.23. The UHPC material prepared by the invention has the advantages of self-compaction, no steam curing, ultrahigh strength, ultrahigh toughness, strong frost resistance, lower 28-day self-shrinkage rate and excellent cracking resistance, and can absorb automobile exhaust from cities or vital communication lines. The method can be widely applied to cement bridge deck defect repair, bridge deck expansion joint treatment, cement bridge deck waterproofing, cement bridge pier repair, steel bridge deck durability pavement and other projects.
