The embodiment of the invention provides a spherical bridge support with a vertical pressure measurement function. The support comprises an upper support plate, a spherical crown lining plate and a lower support plate, and the lower support plate comprises a sliding seat and a base; the base is provided with a cavity, the cavity is filled with pasty substances, the cavity is suitable for the sliding base to be embedded, the sliding base is connected with the cavity in a sealed mode, and the side wall of the cavity is provided with a sensor interface; a vertical bearing force sensor is arranged at the sensor interface in a sealing manner; and vertical pressure passes through the upper support plate and the spherical crown lining plate and then is transmitted to the sliding seat, the sliding seat extrudes the pasty substance, and the vertical bearing force sensor detects the extrusion force borne by the pasty substance to obtain the vertical pressure. According to the scheme, the vertical pressure detection result of the spherical bridge support can be accurately obtained, the state of the bridge body can be judged at any time in the using process of the spherical support, and the health condition of the bridge can be monitored and evaluated in time.
