The invention discloses a bridge drainage system with an under-bridge auxiliary road and a construction method of the bridge drainage system, and relates to the field of bridge drainage. The construction method comprises the following steps that a water collecting tank communicated with a water collecting well on a bridge is constructed at a pier of the bridge; an auxiliary road under the bridge is constructed, a first layer of cement stability and a second layer of cement stability of a base layer of the auxiliary road are formed, and the transverse direction of the auxiliary road in the bridge is set to be a cross slope; a rainwater side ditch is constructed on the side edge of the auxiliary road; a rainwater connecting pipe is constructed in the base layer of the auxiliary road, and the rainwater gutter and the water collecting groove are communicated through the rainwater connecting pipe; and a drainage device is arranged under the auxiliary road, and the drainage device is communicated with the rainwater gutter. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention simultaneously solves the problems of accumulated water collection and drainage of the on-bridge auxiliary road and the under-bridge auxiliary road, prevents the on-bridge road surface and the under-bridge auxiliary road from being eroded by accumulated water for a long time, and ensures the construction quality of the bridge and the road.
