The invention provides a laying-down method based on a laying-down device for the bottom basket of the hanging basket of a cable-stayed bridge, a tensioning unit is arranged at a reserved hole channel in a beam body to replace a traditional crane, stress points are transferred through tightening and pulling loosening dismantling work of an upper anchorage device clamping piece and a lower anchorage device clamping piece in the tensioning unit, a steel strand penetrating through an upper anchorage device, a center hole jack, a distribution beam, a lower anchorage device and the beam body can be slowly lowered at a constant speed, and in the lowering process of the steel strand, the upper anchorage device and the lower anchorage device match the upper anchorage device clamping piece and the lower anchorage device clamping piece respectively to convert stress points, the bottom basket of the hanging basket is slowly and uniformly lowered under the telescopic movement of the oil cylinder of the center hole jack, so that the aim of lowering the bottom basket of the hanging basket is fulfilled. The laying-down method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple steps, easiness in installation and operation, low equipment cost, high safety and high working efficiency.
本发明提供的基于斜拉桥挂篮底篮下放装置的下放方法,通过在梁体上的预留孔道处设置张拉单元代替传统的吊车,并通过张拉单元中的上锚具夹片和下锚具夹片的打紧与拔松拆除工作转移受力点,使得贯穿上锚具、穿心式千斤顶、分配梁、下锚具以及梁体的钢绞线能够匀速缓慢的进行下放,钢绞线下放过程中通过使用上锚具和下锚具分别与上锚具夹片和下锚具夹片配合的方式转换受力点,使得挂篮底篮在穿心式千斤顶油缸的伸缩运动下缓慢均匀的下放,从而达到挂篮底篮下放的目的。本发明提供的下放方法具有步骤简单、易于安装与操作、设备成本地、安全性高和工作效率高的优点。
