The invention discloses a vibrating system applied to bridge main tower construction, the vibrating system is erected on a creeping formwork outer frame body and climbs upwards along with the creeping formwork outer frame body, the creeping formwork outer frame body is annularly distributed along the outer circumference of a main tower body to be poured, and concrete to be vibrated is vibrated; the vibrating system comprises an annular track and a plurality of vibrators distributed on the annular track at intervals, the annular track is arranged at the top of the creeping formwork outer frame body, and a to-be-poured main tower body is arranged in the annular track in a sleeved mode; and the vibrators can move along the annular track in the annular direction so as to conduct pouring on all positions of the section of the main tower body, and the vibrating end of each vibrator is vertically arranged downwards and can stretch into the interlayer side wall of the main tower body to be vibrated. According to the invention, concrete in the pouring process of a large-size bridge main tower body can be accurately vibrated in all directions, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种应用于桥梁主塔施工用的振捣系统,架设在爬模外架体上,随着爬模外架体一同向上爬升,所述爬模外架体沿着待浇筑的主塔塔身外圆周环形分布,对待振捣的混凝土进行振捣,所述振捣系统包括环形轨道和间隔分布在所述环形轨道上的若干振捣器,所述环形轨道设置在所述爬模外架体的顶部,且将待浇筑的主塔塔身套设在内;所述振捣器可沿着所述环形轨道环向移动,进而对主塔塔身截面的各个位置进行浇筑,且所述振捣器的振捣端竖向向下设置,可伸入待振捣的主塔塔身的夹层侧壁内。本发明可对大体积的桥梁主塔塔身浇筑过程中的混凝土进行全方位的准确振捣,大大提高了工作效率,缩短了施工周期。
