The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a device and method for measuring the overfilling amount elevation of a bored pile. The device comprises a measuring rod, a bracket and a base, wherein the measuring rod comprises a plurality of connecting columns which are sequentially connected end to end, each connecting column is provided with a boss, each boss is an elastic component, each boss is obliquely arranged in the length direction of the corresponding connecting column, and the length of the cross section of the bottom of each boss is larger than that of the cross section of the top of each boss, wherein a mounting hole is formed in the bracket, the measuring rod is inserted into the mounting hole, and the outer diameter of the mounting hole is larger than the outer diameter of the cross section of the top of each boss and smaller than the outer diameter of the cross section of the bottom of each boss; and the base is arranged at the bottom of the measuring rod, and a plurality of holes with preset sizes are formed in the base. The device can quickly and visually reflect that the concrete reaches the over-pouring height in the pouring process, and can avoid insufficient pouring and over-pouring, so that the pouring quality of the cast-in-place pile is improved.
