The prefabricated wall connecting device comprises a first wallboard, a first frame, a second frame and a second wallboard. The first frame is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first wallboard, and the second frame is arranged above the first frame; the second frame is fixedly connected with the lower end of the second wallboard, and a fixing column is installed in a groove part in the lower end of a connecting plate in a penetrating mode; and a locking disc is installed on the inner side wall of the middle of the first frame in a clamped mode, movable shafts are fixedly connected to the middle of the front side and the middle of the rear side of the locking disc through bolts, and an inner hexagon nut is fixedly connected to the top end of the front part of the movable shaft on the front side of the locking disc through bolts. According to the prefabricated wall connecting device for the fabricated building, different from traditional clamping connection, pressing treatment is achieved after assembling and locking, and the loosening phenomenon during use is avoided; and in addition, the problem of connecting seam sealing after wallboard assembling is solved, and the waterproof effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑用预制墙体连接装置，包括第一墙板、第一边框、第二边框和第二墙板，所述第一墙板的上端固定连接有第一边框，且第一边框的上方设置有第二边框，所述第二边框与第二墙板的下端固定连接在一起，所述连接板下端的槽部内采用贯穿的方式安装有固定柱，所述第一边框中部的内侧壁上卡合安装有锁紧盘，且锁紧盘前后两侧的中部均通过螺栓固定连接有活动轴，所述锁紧盘前侧活动轴的前方顶端通过螺栓固定连接有内六角螺帽。该装配式建筑用预制墙体连接装置，区别于传统的卡合连接在装配锁定后实现了压紧处理，避免使用时出现松动现象，另外解决了墙板装配后连接缝密封问题，起到了防水效果。
