The invention relates to roof construction of buildings, in particular to a steam exhaust house for a roof and a construction method. A heat preservation layer, a slope making layer, a leveling layer and a waterproof layer are sequentially arranged on the roof from bottom to top; a first steam exhaust room and a second steam exhaust room which are of the same structure are arranged on the roof; the first steam exhaust room comprises a vertical frame and a pointed roof; the section of the vertical frame is square; the lower end of the vertical frame sequentially penetrates through the waterproof layer, the leveling layer, the slope making layer and the heat preservation layer so as to be arranged on a structural floor; the four sides of the vertical frame above the waterproof layer are coated with side plates; the upper part in the vertical frame is provided with a horizontal mounting plate; the mounting plate is provided with ventilation holes; a fan is fixedly connected with the mounting plate; the top of the vertical frame is provided with the pointed roof; the upper surface of the pointed roof is covered with a waterproof roll; and a distance is reserved between the first steam exhaust room and the second steam exhaust room. According to the a steam exhaust house for the roof and the construction method provided by the invention, water vapor in the heat preservation layer is discharged through the fan, the problem that the water content in the heat preservation layer of the roof is high is effectively solved, and the situation that the waterproof roll bulges is avoided.
本发明涉及建筑的屋面施工，特别是一种屋面用排汽屋及施工方法。屋面上由下至上依次设有保温层、找坡层、找平层和防水层，屋面上设有结构相同的第一排汽屋和第二排汽屋，第一排汽屋包括立框、尖屋顶，立框的截面为方形，立框的下端依次穿过防水层、找平层、找坡层和保温层置于结构楼板上，防水层上方的立框的四面包覆侧板，立框内的上部设有水平的安装板，安装板设有通风孔，风机与安装板固接，立框的顶部设有尖屋顶，尖屋顶的上表面覆盖防水卷材；第一排汽屋和第二排汽屋之间留有距离。本发明的风机将保温层中的水汽排出，有效解决屋面保温层中含水率高的问题，避免出现防水卷材起鼓的情况。
