The three-dimensional smoke exhaust system comprises two floors of underground garages, and smoke exhaust through holes are formed in floor slabs of the basement of the two floors of underground garages in a locally hollow mode; the smoke exhaust through holes are used for communicating with spaces of the upper and lower floors of the underground garages, and mounting grooves are formed in the lower portions of top plates of the basement of the two floors of underground garages; the mounting grooves are located above the smoke exhaust through holes; and smoke exhaust assemblies are arranged in the mounting grooves. According to the three-dimensional smoke exhaust system, the maximum utilization of the spaces of the underground garages is realized, and the space utilization rate of the underground garages is improved.
