The invention discloses an anti-theft alarm device of an inspection well cover. The anti-theft alarm device comprises a magnet detection device and a controller which are installed on a well wall. The magnet detection device comprises a fixing ring and a magnet moving part; the fixing ring is used for fixing the inspection well cover; an insulating fixing buckle is arranged on the inner side of the fixing ring, and a through hole is formed in the insulating fixing buckle; the magnet moving part comprises a plastic cylinder, a round powerful magnet, a bottom conductive block and a metal connecting frame; the round powerful magnet is arranged at the top of the plastic cylinder; the bottom conductive block is arranged at the bottom of the plastic cylinder; the metal connecting frame is arranged at the position, corresponding to the lower portion of the bottom conductive block, of the inner side wall of the fixing ring; the bottom conductive block and the metal connecting frame are electrically connected with the controller; when the inspection well cover is closed, the circular powerful magnet tightly attracts the inspection well cover, the bottom conductive block is lifted, and at the moment, a circuit is in a switched-off state; and when the inspection well cover is lost, the bottom conductive block falls down and contacts with the metal connecting frame to switch on the circuit, a sound-light alarm is triggered, and alarm information is sent remotely.
