The invention discloses a parking method based on an automatic driving vehicle. A target vehicle is a motor vehicle which enters and exits a parking lot and has an automatic driving function, and the parking lot comprises a parking space, an entrance/exit/motor vehicle moving facility and a parking management system. A plurality of rows of queue type parking spots are formed in the parking space. Motor vehicle driving paths are designed in the parking space, wherein the motor vehicle driving paths can be designed according to the minimum vehicle moving space in which the target vehicle can move back and forth between the parking space and the entrance/exit/motor vehicle moving facility and can move from the current queue to other queues. In the vehicle parking and taking process of the parking management system, based on the automatic driving function of the vehicle, the vehicle enters and exits in a queue mode. The parking density of the parking lot is greatly improved. In addition, based on the parking method, the invention further discloses a parking lot serving as a carrier of the method. The utilization rate of a site is increased.
