The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic atomization assembly, the atomization assembly and an electronic cigarette. The method has the biggest characteristics that: each link of preparation can adapt to batch automatic production, and no matter ceramic substrate production preparation, heating element film coating or unit atomization assembly cutting granulation can meet automatic process requirements. Moreover, the atomization assembly adopts a pin-free process, so that the process difficulty in a subsequent cartridge assembly link of the electronic cigarette is also reduced, and further reduction of the production and manufacturing cost is facilitated. By accurately designing a forming mold of the ceramic substrate and a film-coated screen printing plate and strictly controlling the firing shrinkage rate of the ceramic substrate (the smaller the firing shrinkage rate of the ceramic substrate is, the operation is easier to control), the high consistency of the size characteristics of each finally processed ceramic atomization assembly product can be realized.
