Modified lignosulfonate water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a modified lignosulfonate water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The modified lignosulfonate water reducing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of lignosulfonate, 1-10 parts of isopropanol, 3-10 parts of acetone, 5-15 parts of sodium citrate, 5-10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2-10 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 10-30 parts of sodium sulfate and 1-5 parts of maleic anhydride. The preparation method comprises the steps: step 1, lignosulfonate is prepared, and sulfonated alkali lignin is compounded with a defoaming agent dimethyl silicone oil, a surfactant lauryl sodium sulfate and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to obtain modified lignosulfonate; step 2, hydrogen peroxide and sodium sulfate are added into the lignosulfonate obtained in the step 1, the reaction temperature is controlled to be 80-85 DEG C, the pH is adjusted to be 8-9, and the reaction time is 2.2-2.5 h; and step 3, maleic anhydride is added, the reaction temperature is controlled to be 85 DEG C, and the reaction time is controlled to be 1.8-2 h. The water reduction rate is improved; and meanwhile, the compressive strength of concrete is enhanced, so that compared with an existing lignosulfonate water reducing agent, the performance of the lignosulfonate water reducing agent is obviously improved.
本发明针提供一种改性木质素磺酸盐类减水剂及其制备方法,其包括以下重量份数原料:木质素磺酸盐50‑60份、异丙醇1‑10份、丙酮3‑10份、柠檬酸钠5‑15份、氢氧化钠5‑10份、过氧化氢2‑10份、硫酸钠10‑30份、马来酸酐1‑5份。步骤一:制备木质素磺酸盐,将磺化碱木质素与消泡剂二甲基硅油、表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚进行复配得到改性木质素磺酸盐;步骤二:向步骤一获得的木质素磺酸盐中加入过氧化氢和硫酸钠,反应温度控制在80‑85度,PH调节至8‑9,反应时间为2.2‑2.5h;步骤三:加入马来酸酐份,反应温度控制在85度,反应时间控制在1.8‑2h;提升了其减水率,同时,增强了混凝土抗压强度,使得其与现有木质素磺酸盐类减水剂相比,性能得到明显提升。
