The invention discloses a fully-stabilized zirconium oxide powder for thermal spraying, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting composite zirconium liquid in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, carrying out hydrolysis reaction to obtain white zirconium oxide slurry, washing, drying, calcining and carrying out spray granulation treatment on the zirconium oxide slurry to obtain zirconium oxide granulation powder, and finally crystallizing the zirconium oxide granulation powder. The thermal spraying zirconium oxide powder material prepared in the invention is uniform in particle size, the content of a stabilizer yttrium oxide is about 14-16%, and the phase stability is good.
本发明公开了一种热喷涂用全稳定氧化锆粉体及其制备方法。该制备方法通过复合锆液置于高温高压的环境中,进行水解反应,得到白色的氧化锆浆料,将氧化锆浆料经洗涤、烘干、煅烧、喷雾造粒处理,得到氧化锆造粒粉,最后再造粒粉进行晶化。本发明制备得到的热喷涂氧化锆粉体材料粒度均匀,其中稳定剂氧化钇的含量约为14%~16%,相稳定性好。
