The invention relates to a lead-free relaxor ferroelectric ceramic material, wherein the stoichiometric formula of the lead-free relaxor ferroelectric ceramic material is (1-x)(0.94Na[0.5]Bi[0.5]TiO[3]-0.06BaTiO[3])-xBa[0.85]Ca[0.15]Ti[0.9]Zr[0.1]O[3], x is equal to 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5, and x is molar mass percent. The material is prepared by mixing, ball-milling and drying BaTiO3 powder, Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 powder and Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.9Zr0.1O3 powder which are obtained by ball-milling, calcining and crushing. The lead-free relaxor ferroelectric ceramic material has the advantages of high density, small and uniform grain size, and the method has the advantages of simple preparation process, environmental friendliness and the like.
