The invention discloses a construction method of assembled municipal road pavement. The method comprises the steps that according to the municipal road design requirements, the road pavement and accessories are cut into blocks, and prefabricated parts are designed according to the cutting area; all the prefabricated parts are numbered, and information of all the prefabricated parts is collected and sorted; prefabricated parts are poured and maintained in a factory according to design requirements and stored for standby application after meeting engineering requirements; an assembling scheme is compiled according to site conditions and project progress, assembling in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction is included, and after construction of a site, a roadbed and a pipe network is completed, a road surface and auxiliary prefabricated parts are transported to a construction site according to a set assembling sequence to be assembled; and leveling treatment and waterproof treatment are conducted on splicing seams. According to the construction method, the municipal road construction period can be greatly shortened through the prefabrication and assembly technology, influences such as blocking of urban traffic are reduced, and new and reconstructed and expanded municipal roads can be put into use as soon as possible.
本发明公开了一种装配式市政道路路面的施工方法：根据市政道路设计要求，对道路路面及附件进行切块划分，并根据切块面积进行预制件设计；对所有预制件进行编号，并对各预制件的信息进行收集整理；预制件按设计要求在工厂进行浇筑、养护，达到工程要求后存放备用；根据现场条件及工程进度编制拼装方案，包括横向及纵向两个方向的拼装，当场地及路基、管网施工完成后，将路面及附属预制件按照既定的拼装顺序运输至施工现场进行拼装；对拼接缝进行找平处理及防水处理。本发明施工方法通过预制拼装技术可大大缩短市政道路施工周期，减少对城市交通的阻断等影响，使新、改扩建市政道路尽快投入使用。
