The invention relates to a beam end seam waterproof structure. The beam end seam waterproof structure comprises two prefabricated bridge sections arranged on the same abutment, a continuous pavement layer which is poured on the upper surfaces of the prefabricated bridge sections and allows vehicles to run, a continuous seam formed in the upper surface of the continuous pavement layer and a beam end seam formed between the end faces of the two prefabricated bridge sections; a water stop strip is embedded in the beam end seam; a water swelling rubber strip is selected as the water stop strip; a sealant layer bonded with the inner wall of the beam end seam is arranged in the beam end seam and located above the water stop strip; and the prefabricated bridge sections are provided with water stop strip limiting assemblies for limiting the water stop strip to move downwards in the beam end seam. The sealant layer and the water stop strip are used for replacing a traditional polyethylene foam plate, so that the sealing performance of the beam end seam can be greatly improved, even if the continuous pavement layer is broken, rainwater is prone to leaking to the beam end seam, the rainwater is unlikely to leak downwards through the beam end seam, and the beam end seam has a good waterproof effect.
本发明涉及一种梁端缝防水结构,包括设于同一墩台上的两个预制桥梁段、浇筑于预制桥梁段上表面且供车辆行驶的连续路面层、开设于连续路面层上表面的连续缝、形成于两个预制桥梁段端面之间的梁端缝,梁端缝内嵌设有止水条,止水条选用遇水膨胀橡胶条,梁端缝内设有和梁端缝内壁相粘结的密封胶层,密封胶层位于止水条的上方,预制桥梁段设有限制止水条在梁端缝中下移的止水条限位组件,具备以密封胶层和止水条来代替传统的聚乙烯泡沫板,能够极大的提升梁端缝处的密封性,即使连续路面层发生破碎使得雨水容易渗漏至梁端缝处,雨水也不易再通过梁端缝下渗,使得梁端缝处具备较好的防水性的效果。
