The invention discloses a deep foundation clearing construction method for a deep foundation pit near a subway. The method comprises the following steps of setting out and positioning an underground foundation and an enclosure structure of an old building, and digging a groove along a marked part of anew project enclosure structure; in the groove, adopting a full-hydraulic walking type pile machine for conducting hole jumping meshing rotary cutting clearing construction on an old foundation of an underground diaphragm wall area close to one side of a subway tunnel; reinforcing an obstacle clearing hole generated by clearing construction with a filling material; after backfilling of the obstacle clearing hole is completed, constructing an underground diaphragm wall close to one side of the subway tunnel; and after the underground diaphragm wall close to one side of the subway tunnel is constructed, clearing and backfilling old foundation slabs and old engineering piles, influencing the construction of the new project enclosure structure, at other parts. By the adoption of the full-hydraulic walking type pile machine hole jumping meshing rotary cutting clearing construction technology, the obstacle clearing hole can be backfilled in time, surrounding soil disturbance is reduced, and surrounding road surfaces and subway tunnels are effectively protected.
本发明公开了一种近地铁深基坑的深基础清除施工方法,其包括步骤:对老建筑的地下基础及围护结构进行放线定位,沿新工程围护结构标记部位挖出沟槽;于沟槽内,采用全液压步履式桩机对靠近地铁隧道一侧的地下连续墙区域的老基础进行跳孔咬合旋切清除施工;对清除施工产生的清障孔进行填充料加固;待清障孔回填完成后,进行靠近地铁隧道一侧的地下连续墙施工;待靠近地铁隧道一侧的地下连续墙施工完成后,再进行其它部位影响新工程围护结构施工的老基础底板及老工程桩的清除、回填工作。本发明采用全液压步履式桩机跳孔咬合旋切施工工艺使清障孔可以及时得到回填,减少周边的土体扰动,有效的保护周边的路面及地铁隧道。
