Supporting device for underground structure construction
The invention discloses a supporting device for underground structure construction. The supporting device comprises at least two door-shaped supporting frames, connecting columns are connected between the two sides of the door-shaped supporting frames, a baffle is installed between the tops of the door-shaped supporting frames, and fixing devices used for supporting the ground are further arranged at the two outer sides of the at least two door-shaped supporting frames. Each door-shaped supporting frame is composed of two supporting columns and a supporting beam. The bottom face of the middle section of each supporting beam is defined as a plane, and the top face of the middle section of each supporting beam is defined as an arc face arching upwards. The middle section of each supporting beam is defined to be of a hollow structure, and a plurality of vertical supporting plates are connected into each supporting beam. According to the supporting device, through arrangement of the connecting columns, the effect of fixing the supporting columns is achieved, displacement caused by an unstable structure in the using process is prevented, through matched arrangement of the supporting beams and the arc shapes, vertically-downward force is decomposed leftwards and rightwards, and therefore the anti-pressure capacity is improved, and the safety of the construction environment is guaranteed; and the vertical supporting plates are arranged in the supporting beams, so that the structural strength of the supporting beams is improved.
本发明公开了一种地下结构施工的支撑装置,包括至少两个门型支撑框,门型支撑框的两侧之间连接有连接柱,门型支撑框的顶部之间安装有挡板,至少两个门型支撑框的两外侧还设置有用于支撑地面的固定装置。每个门型支撑框由两根支撑柱和一根支撑梁构成;支撑梁的中段底面界定为一平面、顶面界定为向上拱起的一圆弧面;支撑梁的中段界定为空心结构且内部连接有多道竖向支撑板。本发明支撑装置通过连接柱的设置,起到了固定支撑柱的作用,防止了使用时结构不稳定发生位移,通过支撑梁的配合设置,圆弧的形状使得垂直向下的力向左右进行分解,从而提高了抗压能力,保证了施工环境的安全性,通过支撑梁内竖向支撑板的设置,提高了支撑梁的结构强度。
