Abstract

The invention discloses a reinforcing structure used before excavation of a deep foundation pit beside an existing building in a soft soil layer and a reinforcing method thereof. The structure comprises a support changing structure, a foundation pit diaphragm wall, an isolation structure, secant piles and a ground beam; the support changing structure comprises a bearing platform and socketed piles supported on the bearing platform, a bearing groove is formed in the upper part of the bearing platform, and an original underground foundation of the existing building is embedded in the bearing groove; the foundation pit diaphragm wall is arranged opposite to the bearing platform; the isolation structure is arranged between the foundation pit diaphragm wall and the original underground foundation, and the isolation structure is arranged in the length direction of the foundation pit diaphragm wall; the secant piles are used for reinforcing a soil body between the isolation structure and the foundation pit diaphragm wall and are connected between the lower part of the foundation pit diaphragm wall and the lower part of the isolation structure; and the ground beam is connected between the isolation structure and the upper part of the foundation pit diaphragm wall. The reinforcing structure solves the problem that the existing building is settled and collapsed due to the fact that traditional protection construction is adopted when the deep foundation pit of a soft soil stratum is excavated beside the existing building.

本发明公开了一种软土层既有建筑物旁开挖深基坑前加固结构及其加固方法，该结构包括：换托结构，包括承台和支撑于承台的嵌岩桩，承台的上部形成有承托槽，既有建筑物的原地下基础嵌设于承托槽中；与承台相对设置的基坑地连墙；隔离结构，设置于基坑地连墙与原地下基础之间，隔离结构沿基坑地连墙的长度方向设置；用于加固隔离结构与基坑地连墙之间的土体的咬合桩，连接于基坑地连墙的下部和隔离结构的下部之间；以及地梁，连接于隔离结构和基坑地连墙的上部之间。本发明解决了在既有建筑物旁进行软土地层深基坑开挖施工，采用传统的保护施工存在造成既有建筑物发生沉降坍塌的问题。
