Fabricated construction method for pseudo-classic building
The invention provides a fabricated construction method for a pseudo-classic building. The fabricated construction method comprises the following steps: a construction sample is set out, a mold is manufactured and mounted, and concrete rafters are divided into standard rafters and wing angle rafters to be prefabricated; reinforcing steel bars are machined and mounted, after the rafters are mounted and combined with roof panel ribs, hooks are mounted on site, and the hooks are arranged at the cross borders of the upper two-way net ribs; rafter concrete is vibrated and cured, and ceramsite concrete is adopted to replace common concrete to prefabricate the rafters; and the formwork is dismounted, checking and accepting are conducted, prefabricated parts are classified and numbered, and the prefabricated rafters and roof boarding are mounted and constructed. The construction method of decomposing, prefabricating and orderly mounting the cast-in-place concrete rafters and the roof boarding is summarized by combining the construction experience of the pseudo-classic building, finally, the construction process of reserving rabbets at the tops of the rafters, then arranging the roof boarding and then casting the roof in situ is formed, particularly, the complex technological process of the wing angle part is simplified, various curves and curved surfaces in the pseudo-classic building are fully shown, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明提供了用于仿古建筑的装配式施工方法,包括施工放样,模具制作及安装,将混凝土椽子分为标准椽、翼角椽两大类进行预制;加工并安装钢筋,待安装椽子后与屋面板筋结合后在现场安装弯钩,在上部双向网筋十字搭界处弯钩;椽子混凝土振捣及养护,采用陶粒混凝土代替普通混凝土预制椽子;拆模验收并对预制构件分类编号,对预制椽子和望板安装施工。本发明结合仿古建筑施工经验,总结出了将现浇混凝土椽子及望板分解预制、有序安装的施工方法,最终形成了椽子顶部“先预留企口,再安置望板,后现浇屋面”的施工工艺,尤其简化了翼角部位复杂的工艺流程,将仿古建筑中各种曲线、曲面充分的表现出来,不仅缩短了施工工期,而且节约了施工成本。
