The invention discloses a novel assembled integral frame structure and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of buildings. The novel assembled integral frame structure comprises a bottom-layer frame and a top-layer frame; bottom-layer prefabricated embedded parts are embedded in the tops of sixteen bottom-layer prefabricated columns of the bottom-layer frame; each bottom-layer prefabricated column of the bottom-layer frame is fixedly connected with a cast-in-place foundation through a plurality of embedded foundation bolts; a lower-part floor slab is erected at the top of the bottom-layer frame; the bottom-layer frame and the top-layer frame are positioned by sleeving upper circular steel pipes into lower circular steel pipes; one ends of grouting pipes are arranged in the upper circular steel pipes; the other ends of the grouting pipes are arranged outside top-layer prefabricated columns; steel bars with threads at the two ends penetrate into steel bar penetrating holes of each bottom-layer prefabricated column and the corresponding top-layer prefabricated column; and each bottom-layer prefabricated column is fixedly connected with the corresponding top-layer prefabricated column through nuts in threaded connection with the two ends of the steel bars; and an upper floor slab is put on the top-layer frame. The method is used for assembling the integral frame structure.
