The invention discloses a belleville spring combined type three-dimensional vibration double-control steel support which comprises an upper cover plate, a limiting baffle, a guide column, a base, a belleville spring set, a sealing cover plate, an elastic unit, a box body, a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate. The first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are arranged between the base and the box body; the guide column is arranged on the base; the upper cover plate is arranged at the top of the guide column; the limiting baffle is arranged on the side face of the upper cover plate; the guide column is sleeved with the belleville spring set; the base and the box body are connected through the sealing cover plate; and an elastic element is arranged on the periphery of the base. The belleville spring combined type three-dimensional vibration double-control steel support can be used for reducing vertical vibration caused by a train environment and can also be used for reducing the earthquake effect, and the vibration-vibration double-control effect is achieved; and the second supporting plate is made of a steel plate, so that the durability problem of a common rubber support is solved.
