The invention discloses a glass curtain wall fast-assembly cross beam structure which comprises a cross beam installed on stand columns. The cross beam is hollow, an opening is formed in the surface of the end, opposite to a glass curtain wall plate, of the cross beam so as to form two first edges, adapters are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam in the length direction respectively, and the adapters are fixedly connected with the stand columns; the cross beam is embedded on the adapters through the two first edges, an end cover plate is arranged at the end, where the first edges are located, of the cross beam, the end of each first edge is of a step structure so that the cross section of the cross beam can be in a convex shape, second edges meshed with the first edges are arranged on the end cover plate so that the cross beam can be fixed to the adapters, and a bearing part is arranged on the end cover plate; and a clamping groove is formed in the end cover plate so that a pressing plate can be fixedly connected with the end cover plate through a bolt. Compared with the prior art, the structure is adopted, the the structure is simple, the installation speed is high, a plurality of cross beams can be installed on each layer at the same time, and the installation time is saved.
本发明公开了一种玻璃幕墙快装横梁结构，包括安装在立柱上的横梁，横梁为空心，在横梁与玻璃幕墙板相对的一端表面上设有开口，以形成两个第一边缘，在横梁的长度方向两端分别设有转接件，转接件与立柱连接固定，横梁通过两个第一边缘嵌设在转接件上，在横梁位于第一边缘的一端设有端盖板，第一边缘的端部为阶梯结构，以使横梁的横截面形状为凸字形，端盖板上设有与第一边缘相咬合的第二边缘，以将横梁固定在转接件上，端盖板上设有承托部，在端盖板上设有卡槽，以实现压板通过螺栓与端盖板连接固定。与现有技术相比，采用该结构，不仅结构简单，而且安装速度快，可每层同时进行多个横梁安装，节省安装时间。
