The fabricated suspended ceiling reverse supporting structure comprises a suspending rod (1), a reverse supporting piece (2), a connecting suspending rod (3) used for installing the reverse supporting piece and a connecting assembly (4) arranged on the connecting suspending rod, wherein the reverse supporting piece comprises a pipe sleeve (21), three supporting arms (22) and a base table (23), the connecting suspending rod is arranged in a through hole in the base table in a penetrating mode, the connecting suspending rod close to a floor top plate is arranged on the floor top plate through an expansion bolt, and the connecting assembly (4) comprises a positioning piece (41) and a fastening piece (42) which are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base table; the suspending rod comprises a suspending rod part I and a suspending rod part II, wherein the upper end of the suspending rod part I is arranged on the floor top plate through a suspending rod connecting piece (5), and a suspending rod adjusting part is arranged between adjacent sections of the suspending rod part I and the suspending rod part II.
