The invention discloses a sealed single-hole anchor for a prestressed structure and a tensioning system. The anchor comprises a protective cover, clamping pieces, an anchor cup and a bottom plate, wherein the anchor cup is cylindrical; one end of the anchor cup is provided with an external thread and connected with the protective cover provided with an internal thread; the bottom of the other end of the anchor cup is connected with the bottom plate through a bolt; the anchor cup and the bottom plate are internally provided with through holes; each through hole is provided with an upper section and a lower section; the upper section is close to the protective cover and is in a frustum shape; the lower section is close to the bottom plate and is cylindrical; the clamping pieces are arranged on the circumference of the frustum-shaped through hole of the upper section; the clamping pieces are arranged along the circumference of the frustum-shaped through hole; a clamping piece through hole is formed in the middle; the outer end of each clamping piece is exposed out of the end face of the anchor cup and fixedly provided with an anti-loose washer; the hole diameter of the cylindrical through hole of the lower section of the anchor cup; the hole diameter of the clamping piece through hole and the hole diameter of the bottom plate through hole are equal to the diameter of the inner ring of the anti-loose washer; and a steel strand is installed in the cylindrical through hole of the lower section of the anchor cup, the clamping piece through hole, the bottom plate through hole and the anti-loose washer in a penetrating mode. The sealed single-hole anchor is good in stability and long in service life.
