The invention provides a fabricated building prefabricated steel structure stair. The stair comprises stair beams, supporting units and stair plates, the stair beams are symmetrically arranged, and the stair plates are installed at the opposite sides of the stair beams at equal intervals through the supporting units. The fabricated building prefabricated steel structure stair can solve the following problems: 1, when a traditional steel structure stair is assembled, a stair plate is mostly lifted to the side wall of a stair beam by a worker, so that the stair plate and the stair beam are fixed, and a worker easily feels tired after lifting the stair plate for a long time, so that the stair plate is easily deviated, and the mounting precision of the stair plate is influenced; and 2, when the existing steel structure stair is assembled, most supporting rods of handrails are directly welded to the stair beam, then connecting columns are welded to the upper ends of the supporting rods, therefore, the supporting rods cannot be detached and can only be used in a disposable manner, cost is wasted, reinforcing treatment cannot be conducted between the supporting rods, and the later use effect is affected.
本发明提供的一种装配式建筑预制钢结构楼梯,包括梯梁、支撑单元和楼梯板,所述梯梁对称设置,楼梯板通过支撑单元等间距安装在梯梁的相对侧;本发明能够解决以下问题:一、传统的钢结构楼梯在装配时,多是通过工人将楼梯板托举至梯梁的侧壁处,进而将楼梯板与梯梁之间进行固定,而工人长时间托举楼梯板易出现疲劳,从而易造成楼梯板发生偏移,影响楼梯板的安装精度;二、目前的钢结构楼梯在装配时,大部分是将扶手的支撑杆直接焊接在梯梁上,进而在支撑杆上端焊接连接柱,因此无法将支撑杆进行拆卸,只能一次性使用,从而浪费成本,且支撑杆之间无法进行加固处理,因此影响后期的使用效果。
