According to the premixed mortar building construction method, the moving frame is placed to be close to wall bodies when spraying of premixed mortar is carried out on an indoor place of a building, mortar spraying and slicking can be conveniently conducted on indoor walls, eaves, ceilings and joints of the wall bodies of the building in the follow-up process, manpower is reduced, the manual operation strength is reduced, and the follow-up working efficiency is improved.
