The invention discloses a construction method of a novel flower basket pull rod tool type cantilever frame. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing for erecting a cantilever frame; (2) manufacturing a cantilever frame body material; (3) checking cantilever frame accessories; (4) pre-burying a casing pipe in a beam; (5) installing I-shaped steel; (6) erecting scaffold bottom horizontal tubes; (7) installing upper and lower pull rods of turn buckles; (8) maintaining: wrapping and protecting all tooth sets by butter after being pulled well, and regularly checking whether the turn buckles are corroded and loosened. The construction method has the advantages of convenience in operation, wide application range, safety and reliability, a traditional construction method for unloading through a steel wire rope is changed, the upper part of the beam end is connected through a phi 20 steel bar, the effects of fixing, unloading and reducing the bending moment of a steel beam support can be achieved through screwing and stress of the turn buckles, and the turn buckles and the steel bars can be recycled, so that compared with a conventionally used steel wire rope, the effects of safety, economy and reasonability are achieved, and the cost is reduced.
