The invention discloses a construction method of a latticed column supporting platform system for latticed shell installation. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, a plurality of latticed column foundation conversion beams (2) are hoisted in a building structure (1); 2, a plurality of latticed columns (3) are hoisted and fixed to the latticed column foundation conversion beams correspondingly; 3, a latticed shell supporting pier (4) is coaxially arranged at the top of each latticed column, and a jacking is arranged at the top of each latticed shell supporting pier to serve as a supporting joint of a latticed shell structure (8); 4, a walkway beam (6) is connected between the tops of every two adjacent latticed columns in a lap joint mode, and a walkway beam is connected between the top of the latticed column adjacent to the building structure and the building structure in a lap joint mode; 5, an attachment supporting rod (7) is horizontally connected between each latticed column and an internal structure (12) in a lap joint mode; and 6, a temporary auxiliary operation platform (9) is arranged on each walkway beam. According to the construction method, the supporting platforms can be erected through the latticed columns and used for assisting functional transformation construction of public buildings and historical protective buildings, and the construction efficiency is improved.
