The device comprises a formwork assembly, a tightening and fixing assembly and a formwork and structure connecting assembly, and the tightening and fixing assembly comprises a hook, a rotating shaft, a wood block, a fastening device, a critical power disc, a fastening rod and a driving gear. Each template is provided with two hooks, the number of the two templates is four, and the hooks are connected to the templates. The effects that the formwork mounting and dismounting efficiency is improved, and the operation risk is reduced are achieved.
