The construction method comprises the following operation steps that firstly, a normal area and a hollowing area are determined on a floor surface layer through slight striking of a rubber hammer; secondly, an overflow hole and a grouting hole are punched according to the range of the hollowing area, and the overflow hole and the grouting hole extend to the lower end of the floor surface layer from the upper end of the floor surface layer to communicates with a lower floor base plate; thirdly, reverse jacking supports distributed in a concentric square shape are arranged on the periphery of the normal area, and a plurality of transverse or longitudinal reverse jacking supports are arranged in the hollowing area; and fourthly, slurry is prepared, the slurry is injected from an outer ring to an inner ring of the hollowing area through a grouting pipe, when grouting is saturated, the slurry overflows from the overflow hole, and the grouting process at the grouting hole is stopped.
