The invention relates to concrete processing, in particular to iron tailing sludge ceramsite lightweight concrete and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, stirring a part of raw materials, pouring the raw materials into a model, shaping, and demolding to obtain a sample; S2, stirring the remaining raw materials to prepare mud dices, rolling the mud dices in a balling disc to form pellet-shaped materials, and sintering the pellet-shaped materials to obtain ceramsite; S3, mounting a metal structure with an accommodating cavity in the sample; and S4, making the ceramsite into a ceramsite plate, filling the metal structure with the ceramsite plate, and obtaining the iron tailing sludge ceramsite lightweight concrete; and the three cavities are formed in a concrete body and used for reducing noise, the overall weight is reduced through the structure, and frame-shaped steel is used for further improving the structural strength and increasing the longitudinal bearing capacity. The ceramsite is made into the ceramsite plate, and the ceramsite plate is filled into the metal structure so as to further improve the noise reduction capacity.
