The invention discloses a high-volume pulverized coal cement-based composite material with ultrahigh toughness, and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises, by weight, 20-30% of Portland cement clinker, 5-10% of dihydrate gypsum, 30-35% of fly ash, 2-5% of an exciting agent, 5-8% of glass fiber, 10-12% of latex powder and 12-15% of a defoaming agent. The sum of the percentages of the components is 100%. According to the invention, firstly, the strength and wear resistance of the pulverized coal cement are improved by adding the silicate cement clinker and the fly ash which are particles of which the balance is not more than 30% and which pass through a 45 [mu]m square sieve and adding the defoaming agent, secondly, the coagulation speed of the pulverized coal cement is accelerated and the preparation efficiency of the pulverized coal cement is improved by adding the exciting agent, and finally, the glass fiber and the latex powder are added, so that the toughness of the pulverized coal cement is improved, the comprehensive performance of the pulverized coal cement is improved, and the structural integrity of the pulverized coal cement in the circulating injection and production process is improved.
本发明公开了超高韧性的大掺量粉煤水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,按重量百分比包括以下组分:硅酸盐水泥熟料20%‑30%份,二水石膏5%‑10%份,粉煤灰30%‑35%份,激发剂2%‑5%份,玻璃纤维5%‑8%份,乳胶粉10%‑12%份和消泡剂12%‑15%份,各组分百分之和为100%。本发明中,首先,通过采用硅酸盐水泥熟料和粉煤灰均为过45μm方形筛余量不大于30%的颗粒和消泡剂的加入,增加了粉煤水泥的强度和耐磨性,其次,通过激发剂的加入加快了粉煤水泥的凝结速度,提高了粉煤水泥的准备效率,最后,玻璃纤维和乳胶粉的加入,实现了对粉煤水泥的韧性改造,提高了粉煤水泥的综合性能,以及粉煤水泥在循环注采过程中结构的完整性。
