The invention provides a cement-based composite material with a damping function and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out surface activation on silicon powder by adopting plasma, and then carrying out silanization reaction to obtain surface-modified silicon powder; adding a proper amount of dihydroxy polyether, a hydrophilic chain extender and a diamine chain extender into the solvent, dissolving, adding the prepared silicon powder, and uniformly dispersing; and then adding a diisocyanate solution and a catalyst, reacting at 80-110 DEG C for 6-10 hours, and filtering to obtain a silicon powder-waterborne polyurethane composite filler; adding the silicon powder-waterborne polyurethane composite filler into cement powder, and uniformly stirring; and adding water according to a water-cement ratio, fully stirring, pouring into a mold, demolding, and curing to obtain the cement-based composite material with the damping function. The cement-based composite material effectively solves the influence of low-frequency vibration on the environment, fills the blank of the prior art, and has important practical application value.
本发明提供了一种具有阻尼功能的水泥基复合材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法具体为:首先采用等离子体对硅粉进行表面活化,然后经进行硅烷化反应,得到表面修饰的硅粉。然后取适量的二羟基聚醚、亲水扩链剂、二胺扩链剂加入溶剂中,溶解后加入前述制备的硅粉,分散均匀。然后加入二异氰酸酯溶液和催化剂,在80‑110℃反应6‑10小时,过滤处理得到硅粉‑水性聚氨酯复合填料。将硅粉‑水性聚氨酯复合填料加入到水泥粉中,搅拌均匀;再按照水灰比配比加水,充分搅拌后倒入模具,脱模、养护,即可得到具有阻尼功能的水泥基复合材料。所述水泥基复合材料有效解决了低频振动给环境带来的影响,填补了现有技术的空白,具有重要的实际应用价值。
