The invention discloses a geopolymer curing material for multi-metal contaminated soil and a preparation method of the geopolymer curing material. Raw materials comprise a solid raw material and a liquid raw material, wherein the solid raw material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4-6% of cement, 4-6% of blast furnace slag and 88-92% of multi-metal polluted soil, and the mass percentage of the three components is 100%; the liquid raw material is an aqueous solution containing an alkali activator and a water reducing agent, the mass concentration of the alkali activator is 4-6%, and the mass concentration of the water reducing agent is 0.5-1.0%; the solid raw material and the liquid raw material are mixed according to a water-cement ratio of 0.30-0.40. The geopolymer curing material is applied to toxic waste treatment, wherein the heavy metal ions are fixed in a geopolymer through the following processes: (1) enabling the metal ions to enter a geopolymer network; (2) restraining balance-related anion and cation metal ions in the structure; and (3) physically packaging the heavy metal ions. The geopolymer matrix provides an ideal curing environment for toxic heavy metals due to low permeability, acid resistance and durability. Besides, the harmful elements are fixed in a geopolymer matrix with a three-dimensional network structure through physical and chemical actions.
本发明公开了一种多金属污染土壤的地聚物固化材料及其制备方法,原料由固态原料和液态原料组成;固态原料按照质量百分比由4~6%水泥,4~6%高炉矿渣,88~92%多金属污染土壤组成,三者组份为100%;液态原料是含有碱激发剂和减水剂的水溶液,碱激发剂的质量浓度为4~6%,减水剂的质量浓度为0.5~1.0%;固态原料和液态原料按照水灰比为0.30~0.40进行混合。本发明将其应用于有毒废料处理。通过如下过程重金属离子被固定在地聚物中:(1)金属离子进入地聚物网络;(2)平衡相关阴阳离子金属离子被束缚在该结构中;(3)物理性封装重金属离子。地聚物基质因其低渗透性、抗酸性及耐久性而为有毒重金属提供了理想固化环境。通过物理化学作用有害元素被固定在三维网络结构地聚物基质中。
