The invention discloses micro-tympany UHPC for bridge reinforcement and a preparation process of the micro-tympany UHPC. The preparation process comprises the steps of firstly, pouring quartz sand and half of water into a stirring machine, adjusting the water content of the quartz sand, and stirring for 2-5 minutes; then adding cement, fly ash, silica fume, an expanding agent and quartz powder so as to enable a gelling material to be better attached to the surface of quartz sand to form a layer of gelling slurry shell and improve the interface bonding force between the aggregate and the gelling material; continuously stirring for 3 to 5 minutes; and then adding a water reducing agent, a shrinkage reducing agent and the other half of water, stirring for 4-6 minutes, stopping the machine, manually stirring, and scraping out a powder material adhered to the wall and blades of the stirring machine. By adopting the micro-tympany UHPCfor reinforcement manufactured by the invention, the purposes of reducing concrete shrinkage, improving the uniformity and strength of a mixture and improving the structural durability can be achieved, and in the preparation process, the quartz sand and part of water are added into the stirring machine in advance, and then the gelling material is added for stirring, so that the cement is uniformly distributed on the surface of aggregate, and then the strength and the working performance are improved.
本发明公开了一种用于桥梁加固微臌胀型UHPC及其制备工艺,先将石英砂和一半用水量倒入搅拌机中,调节石英砂含水率,搅拌2‑5min;然后再加入水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、膨胀剂和石英粉,使得胶凝材料更好附着在石英砂表面形成一层胶凝浆壳,提高骨料与胶凝材料界面粘结力;继续搅拌3‑5min;然后加入减水剂、减缩剂和另一半水,搅拌4‑6min后停机进行手工搅拌,刮出贴在搅拌机壁和叶片上的粉末材料。通过采用本发明制作的加固微臌胀型UHPC,能够减小混凝土收缩、提高拌合物均匀性和强度并且提高结构耐久性的目的,在制备的工程中通过预先将石英砂、部分水加入搅拌机,然后加入胶凝材料进行搅拌,使水泥均匀分布在骨料表面,从而达到提高强度和工作性能。
