The concrete tower column cross brace structure comprises a first climbing cone used for being pre-buried in a tower column and a second climbing cone used for being pre-buried in another tower column; a cushion block, wherein one end of the cushion block is fixed with the first climbing cone, and the other end of the cushion block is fixedly provided with a bracket unit; a transverse supporting mechanism, wherein one end of the transverse supporting mechanism is placed on the bracket unit, and the other end of the transverse supporting mechanism is fixed to the second climbing cone; and a pre-tightening mechanism which is arranged between the transverse supporting mechanism and the cushion block, wherein the transverse supporting mechanism and the cushion block are tightened through the pre-tightening mechanism, so that the installation process of the transverse supporting structure is simplified, the construction progress is accelerated, and the transverse supporting structure is convenient to operate and easy to reinforce.
