The invention provides a reverse construction method for a slightly weathered rock area. The method includes the steps that the position of a basement outer wall is determined, and a vibration isolation trench is excavated along the basement outer wall; rock in the basement range is excavated to the ditch bottom of the vibration isolation ditch; the first step and the second step are repeated until the rocks in the basement range are lowered to a designed elevation of a basement roof; basement roof construction is conducted; the step one to the step four are repeated, and the horizontal structure of a basement is constructed downwards layer by layer until the construction of a bottom plate of the basement is completed; waterproof layer construction of the basement outer wall is conducted on a rock wall; and basement exterior wall construction is conducted from bottom to top through a single-side formwork erecting process. According to the reverse construction method for the slightly weathered rock area, a complete rock mass between the exterior of the basement and a supporting structure is reserved to serve as a force transmission system between the basement structure and the supporting structure in the reverse construction process, so that the excavation volume of the foundation pit rock is reduced, disturbance to the supporting structure and the surrounding environment is reduced, and outdoor backfilling is not needed.
