The flushing nozzle comprises a body and a nozzle, the flushing nozzle further comprises a hollow rotating body, the rotating body is arranged in the body in the mode of rotating around the axial direction of the body, and the nozzle is arranged in the rotating body in the mode of rotating around the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the body. The nozzle and the rotating body are matched with a first positioning structure so as to position the state of the nozzle after rotation; the water inlet end of the nozzle is communicated with a water inlet channel arranged on the body, and the water outlet end of the nozzle is exposed; and when the water outlet direction of the nozzle is adjusted, the rotating body and/or the nozzle are/is rotated.
