The invention relates to an environment-friendly dredging device for a municipal water conservancy project. The environment-friendly dredging device comprises a tensioning device, a conveying belt and a box body, wherein an underground pipeline is integrally assembled and formed by a plurality of groups of square culverts, a water inlet communicated with the underground pipeline is dug in the ground, the tensioning device comprises a winch and two groups of fixed pulleys, the conveying belt is laid in the underground pipeline, the two groups of fixed pulleys are respectively fixed on the ground and the inner bottom surface of the underground pipeline, a rope which is wound and rotated with the two groups of fixed pulleys is wound on the winch, and the lower end part of the rope is fixed with one end of the conveying belt in a bolting mode; the box body is located at one end of a water outlet, and a first roller and a second roller which are distributed up and down are rotationally connected to the end surface of one side, close to the underground pipeline, of the box body; and the conveying belt is wound and rotated with the first roller and is wound on the second roller, and a driving motor for driving the second roller to rotate is installed on the box body. According to the environment-friendly dredging device, operators are prevented from entering the underground pipeline, the overall dredging operation process is high in efficiency, and the operation safety of the operators is improved.
