The invention relates to a prestressed stay cable connecting joint between a core tube and an outer steel frame. The prestressed stay cable connecting joint is used for connecting the core tube (1) and a steel frame column (3) of the outer steel frame and comprises an upper end connecting plate (5) and a lower end connecting plate (6); the upper end connecting plate (5) is higher than the lower end connecting plate (6); the upper end connecting plate (5) and the lower end connecting plate (6) are connected with the core tube (1) and the steel frame column (3) respectively; and the upper end connecting plate (5) is connected with the lower end connecting plate (6) through a first inhaul cable (4). Compared with the prior art, the prestressed stay cable connecting joint has the advantages of high force transmission efficiency, good anti-seismic property and the like.
