The invention belongs to the technical field of building heat preservation structures. An integrated formwork-removal-free heat preservation shear wall comprises a heat preservation plate, two sets of connecting strips, two sets of trusses and two removal-free formworks, and two sets of the connecting strips are arranged on two sides of the heat preservation plate correspondingly and fixedly connected with the heat preservation plate; two sets of the trusses are arranged on the two sides of the heat preservation plate correspondingly, located on outer sides of the connecting strips and fixedly connected with the connecting strips, and the connecting strips located on the same side of the heat preservation plate and the trusses are arranged at included angles; the two removal-free formworks are arranged on the two sides of the heat preservation plate correspondingly, located on outer sides of the trusses and fixedly connected with the trusses; and a filling space capable of containing a filler is formed between each removal-free formwork and the heat preservation plate. The construction system comprises the integrated formwork-removal-free heat preservation shear wall and an outer supporting frame used for supporting the integrated formwork-removal-free heat preservation shear wall. The integrated formwork-removal-free heat preservation shear wall has a heat preservation performance, also has a shear resistance, can be used as a heat preservation outer wall, and is convenient to construct.
